Good Morning Bob,

I want to thank you for sending such a first class limo driver for us. The Limo was beautiful and Raphael  was a perfect gentleman and very kind. He really earned his fee! Most of us are over 80 and have  various problems on the best of days. Last night one lady over drank at the party and had to be helped to and inside her door by Raphael. Another lady was very befuddled and agitated about her packages and handbag. They were in the trunk but Raphael had to pull over and get into the trunk to show her the packages. No one could see well enough to operate the air conditioning so that Raphael had to pull over once again to  help with the control. Through it all, Raphael was so kindly, soft spoken  and helpful. Thank goodness you recommended a Limo for us as it was a perfect solution for our group. At our ages and conditions we couldn’t have made it any other way! You took good care of us on the arrangements. All this and we were safely home, I think by 9 PM!!  I told Raphael that I was going to tell you how good he was. You are associated with good people!

I am a travel agent that specializes in Disney travel and I recently used this service for a trip to Disneyland.  I’m always on the lookout for service providers I can whole heartedly recommend to my clients.  Awesome experience.  Our driver arrived 5 minutes early, got us to LAX in about 40 minutes not by driving fast but using his knowledge of the freeways and traffic patterns. He was super friendly and we enjoyed our conversation with him on the way there. Car was immaculately clean. I will never use nor recommend any other town car service here- super service from booking to drop off. We plan to return to Disneyland with our kids in a year or two and we  definitely will be calling. We have used Transtar shuttle for 5 years in a row for our annual trip to Disneyland. We would never use anyone else. Robert is usually our driver and is so friendly, knowledgable and nice we look forward to seeing him each year!!! Transtar is dependable, their cars are beautiful and clean, they are courteous and very knowledgeable, when giving tours and sightseeing. We wouldn’t use anyone else and have referred many of our friends! Thanks Transtar!!  P. J

I had a group of about 13 people arriving at LAX in the late afternoon.  I needed a shuttle service that would be right there to pick us up…and you know what, TSS was.  The vans were extremely clean, our driver (Robert) was very respectful and knowledgeable about the area and answered all our questions.  He made my children feel welcome and he even had booster seats for them.
I will not hesitate to call TSS again when I fly into LA.

He picked us up from Disneyland and took us to John Wayne Airport- he was on time and very helpful! It was also nice to have a private and clean shuttle with two little ones! We will definitely use him again in the future!! A++++++++

I came across Transtar Shuttle when I was trying to schedule service with a blue colored provider via the web.  After getting frustrated I opted to use Transtar Shuttle and called the toll free number 1-800-339-1191  .  I talked to Bob and he assured me that everything was arranged for me and my family to be picked up at John Wayne Airport and delivered to our Disneyland Hotel.  Sure enough the driver was there waiting for us even though our flight was delayed.  It sure was nice to have a private, and clean shuttle rather than a packed van that made mutliple stops before ours.  NEVER WILL I USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT TRANSTAR SHUTTLE IN THE O.C. AREA.  What an excellent and quality service.  I was even further surprised when Bob returned to our hotel a couple days later to leave coupons for Legoland at the front desk.  The savings from the coupons was greater than the fee for the shuttle service provided by Transtar!  I was pleasantly surprised to be the benefactor of this kind of generosity and consideration.  If everybody was this kind we would not have nearly as many problems in the world today.  GOD BLESS BOB AND TRANSTAR!  John R. Thank you for being so punctual in picking up our group. It was great to have a direct pick up and drop off, no waiting for other passengers. I looked at the other service shuttles but they made to many stops. Transtar was a non stress relaxing way to travel.

I asked about Transtar shuttle on Tripadvisors, and I got this response: “We used Transtar shuttle when we visited Disney in March and we really liked it – I liked the fact that you don’t have to wait for the shuttle to fill up because your family is the only passengers – we called them when we were getting our bags and then stepped outside and waited about 10 minutes – straight to the hotel I’m not sure of the carseat situation but I would call – on the way home we dicided to leave on an earlier flight because I wasn’t feeling well – so I called and since it was just my husband and I (all other family members had already left for home) they picked us up in a towncar. So the flexibility they have is better – and you don’t have to make circles around the airport – or sit and wait for the van to fill up. Hope this helps.”
